A member of the Paris Bar, Pierre Lacoin practises mainly in business law, employment law, real estate and construction law. He supports companies, directors, real estate professionals and individuals in securing their projects, negotiating their transactions and defending their interests in litigation.
A graduate of a Master 2 in business litigation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and holder of a Bachelor of Laws in English law from the University of Essex, he has practised as a lawyer since 2016. After several years as an associate in Parisian firms, he co-founded 1792 Avocats with Olivier Javel in 2020.
His dual training in French and English law, together with his international background, enable him to act on cross-border matters and to work alongside a network of foreign colleagues. Having lived in Ecuador and Brazil, he also assists his Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking clients in their own language.
Pierre Lacoin favours a rigorous, pragmatic and strategic approach to each matter. He places particular importance on responsiveness and anticipation: the earlier a difficulty is addressed, the greater the room for manoeuvre. His support aims to turn a complex or conflictual situation into a clear, structured and defensible strategy.
The firm reviews your situation and defines with you the strategy best suited to your needs.
